Questions churches ask
Who pays for the ads?
Your church does, directly to Meta or Google from its own ad account, so you always see exactly where every dollar goes. Hopewrap never marks it up.
Who can see our guests' information?
Your pastors and church admins see everything. Staff and volunteers only see the guests assigned to them, and volunteers never see prayer requests or full email addresses. Every change is logged.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
No. You can leave any time and take your guest data with you.
Can we keep using our church management software?
Yes. Hopewrap handles the outreach and first-visit journey; connected guests can be handed to your ChMS.
We are planting a church. Is it too early?
The best time to start is about 16 weeks before your first Sunday, while you are still gathering your core team.
Start a conversation.
Tell us a little about your church. We'll set up a 30-minute call to see what fits — no pressure, no hard sell.
